Mr. Baione is an advisor with AER&CO focusing on the Nuclear Energy industry. He has more than 40 years of experience successfully managing complex technical projects for the Department of Energy, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Naval Reactors Headquarters and commercial organizations. His expertise includes working within highly regulated environments involving NRC regulations and Department of Energy Rules, Orders, and Standards for nuclear reactors, non-reactor nuclear facilities and nuclear activities.  His experience includes work at Hanford, Savannah River, Oak Ridge, the West Valley Demonstration Project, the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Pantex, Rocky Flats, the Separations Process Research Unit, the West Valley Demonstration Project, and at the Idaho, Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories. Mr. Baione has a Bachelor Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, and he completed the Nuclear Reactor Engineering School at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory.
